Aji Panca Peppers

Aji Panca is a dark red pepper with a mild, smoky and fruity taste.  It is grown in Peru and is considered to be a staple in Peruvian cuisine.  These mild peppers are often used in slow cooked stews.

We also carry Ground Aji Panca, which is great for sauces and added to meat dishes before grilling or roasting.
