Brooklyn BBQ Rub

Our favorite Borough of NYC has a unique blend named after it.  Brooklyn BBQ Rub is a floral bbq rub that will add a unique depth of flavor, as most rubs this will not require a long time in refrigeration prior to smoking or grilling.   We recommend this on a strong meats like beef, and we finish this with a sweet mop at the end of the cooking.
