Our Cajun Dry Rub This blend works best as a rub and it adds a bit of heat and a lovely complex flavor to any bird.
Just take two tablespoons rub down you bird, let sit in refrigerator for min of two hours, open air. Then proceed to either roast or even better put it on your rotisserie for a feast.
