Chive Rings

Chives have long, hollow, grass-like stalks that grow to around 2 feet high. These stalks are then cut and dried to make chive rings. Chive rings can be used as a substitute for onions. They are also used as a garnish and in soups, stews, curries and many traditional Chinese foods.
