Cilantro Flakes

(1 customer review)

Cilantro comes from the parsley family and has a bold and sharp citrus flavor and aroma.

Cilantro is commonly used in Mexican dishes and makes a great addition to salsa and guacamole. Cilantro is also frequently used in Caribbean and Asian cooking.

Spice Specialist Dried Cilantro can be used as a substitute for fresh Cilantro. One teaspoon of Dried Cilantro converts to about 3 teaspoons of fresh cilantro.

    Exceeded my expectations

I was skeptical about getting dried cilantro but it actually does taste like cilantro! Does it smell as fresh? Close, but no. But does it taste like cilantro? Absolutely yes.
