Coconut Milk Powder is a shelf stable substitute for coconut milk that can be reconstituted or used as a flavoring.

To make light canned coconut milk, simply combine 1 cup of coconut milk powder with ½ cup of hot water.

Coconut milk powder can be combined with confectioners’ sugar and milk to make a sweet coconut glaze. It can also be added to breading (such as in fried coconut shrimp) as a flavor booster.

Standard Coconut Milk Powder contains casein protein. For a dairy-free alternative, we also offer Vegan Coconut Milk Powder.

    good flavor

Tastes great and flavors well. Only thing is it’s hard to mix with liquids unless they’re hot, so it doesn’t always work as substitute for coconut milk.
