Kofte Meat Spice



Kofte is a spice mix used throughout the Middle East and parts of Asia to flavor meat, usually when creating meatballs or meatloaf.

The spices are mixed with different type of meat, from beef to lamb to pork, veal and even fish. The meat can be grilled, fried, steamed, baked, poached.
