Our Raspberry Powder is made from drum dried seedless raspberries.
The flavor of raspberry powder is sweet and fruity, just like fresh raspberries. When fresh fruit just won’t cooperate in a recipe this powder will give you that delicious flavor without any undesirable moisture.
** DISCLAIMER ** Fruit powders can clump much easier than other spices and seasoning. It is very important to keep these powders in a moisture-free area. Some of the fruit/veggie powders are easily broken up by just using your hands to squish the bag, while others are going to require a little more effort, perhaps a food processor. Clumping does not make the product “bad”, it just requires a little more work to get it back to a straight powder. This is because we do not add chemicals to any of our products. It is recommended to put something like dried rice, or dried beans in the container or bag with fruit powders, as they both absorb moisture, and can also be very easily sifted out when it comes time for use.
