Thermflo is used to make fruit fillings and glazes, puddings, custards and cream pie fillings, gravies and sauces.

It has exceptional cold temperature storage stability and is recommended for frozen foods.

    Great for Canning

    Bought this to replace some that I received. Very pleased with it overall as it worked great with my canning. No after flavor, no color change. Just the right thickener
