Butter Powder is a light powder made from real butter. It has a much longer shelf life than standard butter.
Butter powder can be used as a 1-1 substitution for butter in baking and other recipes. When used in the place of butter in baking, powdered butter has a tendency to make baked goods lighter and fluffier than usual. For this reason, some bakers go so far as to say that butter powder is “better than butter!”
Butter powder is also ideal as a topping for popcorn and vegetables.
