We’d like you to picture a busy street market in Morocco.
Can you see the colorful and vibrant piles of spices? Can you smell the warm aroma of a tajine cooking in a vendor’s stall? Can you taste the complex and savory blend of flavors in the broth?
Those hot summer Casablanca nights won’t season themselves.
A slight kick of heat. An exotic commingling of the Mediterranean and the Sahara.
Use Casablanca Spice for your tajines or roasts. Blend with couscous or rice to infuse with depth. Or toss it into a stew dish for a quite palatable meal.

Sweet and Spicy Casablanca
I used this spice for a tagine Moroccan lamb and vegetable dish, made in a slow cooker. The taste was both sweet and spicy, had a wonderful aroma, and a superb taste, I can highly recommend this spice to cook with. It was mild to medium, but I used less than the recipe recommended. I have multiple digestive system diseases, and Casablanca did not cause a problem for me.
