no we are not kosher diary, as you will see none of the jar or description indicates Kosher on any of our cheese products. They are packed in a separate area which is still inspected.

No we do not ship outside of USA, via our website. But with that said we are ramping up right now to sell through Amazon CA. However as we start we will be offering kits until November, December based on how we are moving along.

yes they are actually a 4 ounce jar, which holds between 2-4 ounces of the actual spice. On the Cheese powders they are very light, on salt the 4 ounce jar holds 6 ounces.
