The Mulato Chili is a mild to moderate chili and is similar in flavor to ancho chili. Chili mulato is used in soups, stews and most commonly, mole. It has undertones of chocolate and licorice.
Our Chili Mulato is freshly ground in-house for your cooking pleasure. We also offer whole chili mulato pods.
