Great stuff.
Chili powder is a key ingredient in my homemade BBQ sauce. I also use quite a bit for my homemade salsa and spaghetti sauce. And of course its great for chili, BBQ rubs, adding to pot roast, taco meat, etc. This dark smoked chili powder has a really nice mellow flavor and a good bit of smoke. It has become my favorite general-purpose chili powder. I still use Ancho and Chipotle chili powders when I need those specific flavors, but for all around use this is my favorite.
