So if the cinnamon were to be used on the skin is 3% low enough? I have a body polish recipe and a lip scrub recipe and need to be sure I won’t set anyone on fire as I have with a cinnamon essential oil….;)
I would say the standard cinnamon is the 3 percent oil
Please tell me what is the difference between the 3% and the 5% oil in the cinnamon. I am using this cinnamon for a body scrub and need to understand it’s possible effects on the skin
Oil Content 5 percent oil makes the Cinnamon hotter as well
