Our Egg White Powder is made from REAL egg whites. Accept no substitutions!
Egg white powder can be reconstituted by adding water. In recipes, use about two teaspoons of egg white powder and two tablespoons of warm water to replace one egg white.
Egg White Powder is a safe way to add protein to shakes without using raw eggs.

Question
How big is a serving and how many in the bag? Looking for a volume measurement not weight (e.g. tsps or cups).

So, 1 Large Egg White = 2 tsp dried egg whites + 2 Tbsp water.
Therefore, you would be using 2 tsp of the powder multiplied by the number of egg whites called for in a recipe plus 2 Tbsp of water multiplied by the number of egg whites needed.
1/4 LB bag = 24 tsp = 12 egg whites
1/2 LB bag = 46 tsp = 23 egg whites
1 LB bag = 96 tsp = 48 egg whites
Hope that helps!
