With the right attitude, you could use this grapefruit powder to create something new that just may change your culinary life.
And you’ll do it, too, because you’re done with looking at that “real” grapefruit on the counter – the one that was once about possibility has now become stale and lifeless.
You’ll make smoothies and marinades. You’ll add it to sparkling water.
Your dinner guests didn’t even think grapefruit was in season.
Isn’t that why you bought this powder?
** DISCLAIMER ** Fruit powders can clump much easier than other spices and seasoning. It is very important to keep these powders in a moisture-free area. Some of the fruit/veggie powders are easily broken up by just using your hands to squish the bag, while others are going to require a little more effort, perhaps a food processor. Clumping does not make the product “bad”, it just requires a little more work to get it back to a straight powder. This is because we do not add chemicals to any of our products. It is recommended to put something like dried rice, or dried beans in the container or bag with fruit powders, as they both absorb moisture, and can also be very easily sifted out when it comes time for use.
** Fruit powders are not meant to create juice or flavored beverages
