Hello…Anxious to try the gyro spice with my grass fed, natural, beef and lamb. Could you guess how much spice would I add to a 1# beef, 1# lamb meat mixture? My guess is a 1/4 cup, more or less, n let it wet out in mixture in frig, overbite before cooking? Thxs

If I have a small cone of gyro meat to I just rub this on or do I even need a spice? Because of how it’s cooked and you slice and serve

Yes this is the spice you just rub it down prior to cooking and you do not need to add anything else.
