Chat (Chaat) Masala originates from the southern region of Asia, and is often used in Indian, Bangladeshi and Pakistani cuisine. Our Lemon Chat Masala can be used the same way you would use the traditional Chat Masala if you would like to get an added citrus flavor. Commonly sprinkled on fruit, eggs, toasts, salads, and stir-fried or deep-fried dishes. Unlike most Indian spices, it can be sprinkled on top of a finished dish or added directly to a dish without the need to cook.
