This delicious dish is going to be a quick and easy one today. It really takes such a small amount of effort and time.

Grilled Harissa Shrimp
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. shrimp large, peeled, de-veined
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. harissa spice mix
- 4 radishes thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup basil leaves fresh
- 1/2 cup cilantro fresh
- black pepper
- kosher salt
Instructions
Once the ingredients are all set out and ready to go, you can start cooking your harissa shrimp.
Start your grill at a flame between medium and high and let it heat up.
Follow up by adding the shrimp, harissa and oil in a bowl and mixing them. Next, apply salt seasoning.
Grill your shrimps for around 2 minutes on each side, and then set them aside to cool down. This should be just enough to cook them throughout.
Add the shrimp, basil, radishes and cilantro in a bowl. Add some salt and pepper for seasoning and toss them with wooden spoons (or any other utensil you prefer).
That’s it!
This process won’t take you more than 10 minutes in total and will leave you with a worthwhile (and healthy!) snack. If you need, the shrimp can be grilled 2 hours earlier for your convenience.
