Sea salt comes from evaporated seawater and is minimally processed.  Our Coarse Sea Salt is made up of coarse, flat salt crystals that make it easy to measure in your fingers. The compact crystals of sea salt adhere perfectly to food, dissolving slowly for a well-rounded flavor.
