Smoked Cinnamon (3% Oil)

Smoked Cinnamon imparts an exotic twist to any dish that calls for cinnamon. This gourmet ground spice will add hints of savoriness to desserts and sweetness to savory dishes.

The smoking process and the higher oil content than store bought cinnamon make it especially and strikingly aromatic.  When you purchase cinnamon the flavor comes from he oil content. We are telling you that we clearly display that our oil content is three percent, as the product gets older the oil dries, and goes to what is called bakers cinnamon ( most grocery store brands, unless otherwise noted).

Our smoked cinnamon will spice up old favorites like baked apples, cinnamon rolls, and yams. It is also a wonderful and unique addition to barbecue sauces and braised meats.
