After a f*CK up at the post office, the owner of Spice Specialist went above and beyond to fix the issue quickly and make sure I got the product. Unfortunately because of issues with USPS I had to wait a bit for my order. I finally received my smoked red pepper today. I always pour excessive amounts of crushed red pepper on everything, especially pizza and pasta. I used some today in the usual way, and wow! The pepper was not only spicy, but had a great smoky flavor and wasn’t overly dry. The flavor is amazing and really lingers on the tongue. I wanted to eat the whole pizza just to keep tasting it.
