I wanted to try this sour cream powder because I am scatterbrained and always seem to let sour cream spoil in the fridge before I use it all. It’s a little different (maybe this is a mental thing) but still tastes good and the consistency is actually spot on. I recommend chilling it in the fridge after you reconstitute it for a more authentic taste.
