Paprika, Spanish Smoked (Hot)

Ordinarily less intense than Hungarian paprika, Spanish paprika can range from mild (sweet) bittersweet (medium hot) to hot.  Our Hot Spanish Smoked Paprika is created by farmers harvesting and drying the chili’s over wood fires, which creates the smoky taste, and then cayenne is added to get the heat.
