Question
I made a marinade but am unsure of the quantities I should use. I added oil and balsamic vinegar but used too much balsamic vinegar. Otherwise it was good. To counter this I added vegetables to the mixture.

Question
Do I need to grind this seasoning? I bought a pound of it. I don’t think it will work as a rub the way it is. Should I use it as a Marinade

One person found this helpfulYes it is usually a marinade for venison or elk, add oil, some balsamic vinegar and let it soak for at least 4 hours, I prefer overnight. It will tenderize the meat as well
