Even though we had our doubts as well, it works! And I cannot tell you how many chefs enjoy this product because in today’s time of food preparation there are so many people with so many allergies, and aversions to different foods. This blend gets the job done.

Great little blend
Just mixed it with water to try it out with some dinner, lunch recipes. Mixed up well without a problem. Taste is great considering it was completely dried. Flavor is salty and a little sweet. Love it.
