Fruit powders or seasonings that contain fruit powders can clump much easier than other spices & seasonings. It is VERY important to keep these seasonings in a cool, dark, dry area, but some will clump or harden no matter what you do**. Some products are easily broken up by just using your hands, while others are going to require a little more effort, perhaps a food processor. Clumping or Hardening DOES NOT make the product ““bad”, it just requires a little more work to get it back to its original form.
