I’m looking for pure powdered white vinegar to take on a trip to reconstitute & use to do low-level sterilizing of medical items. What are the ingredients in this vinegar powder? Does the reconstitution result in 5% acidity white vinegar? If this is not pure vinegar, do you carry pure powdered vinegar?
