Malt Vinegar Powder may be used as a replacement for liquid vinegar in certain recipes as well as a preservative. It works well with potatoes and fried fish to impart a salt and vinegar flavor without making your dish soggy.
Reconstitute: 1 part Vinegar Powder to 2 parts water (by weight).

Very Vinegary
This powder looks like it will last a long time. So far I have used it in BBQ sauce, in coleslaw and on shrimp, all with delicious results.
I am going to try my hand a salt and vinegar wings next.

The tower of sour...
Man, this stuff lights you up; it is exactly what I hoped for! When making salt and vinegar potato chips, mix kosher salt and your malt vinegar powder in a spice grinder, then season your chips to taste; this will keep the vinegar from clumping up on the chip and more evenly disburse. Also, when serving BBQ chicken or ribs and want to add that extra little punch, sprinkle some of this magic powder mixed with a bit of sugar over the finished product. It will make your mouth literally water.
