Pineapple Powder adds a sweet and savory flavor to a variety of dishes, desserts, and even cocktails. It truly is the shining star in a variety of tropical drinks, cakes and pies, and is especially delicious with poultry.
Please read the disclaimer below, unfortunately, Pineapple Powder is one that will harden quickly, and will need to be broken up, but the flavor does make it worth it.
** DISCLAIMER ** Fruit powders can clump much easier than other spices and seasoning. It is very important to keep these powders in a moisture-free area, but some will clump or harden no matter what you do. Some of the fruit/veggie powders are easily broken up by just using your hands to squish the bag, while others are going to require a little more effort, perhaps a food processor. Clumping or Hardening does not make the product “bad”, it just requires a little more work to get it back to a straight powder. This is because we do not add chemicals to any of our products. It is recommended to put something like dried rice, or dried beans in the container or bag with fruit powders, as they both absorb moisture, and can also be very easily sifted out when it comes time for use.
